Şirketimizin bağlı ortaklığı Tera Robotik Sanayi ve Teknoloji A.Ş. ile Lumison Teknoloji ve Robotik Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. ("Lumison") arasında münahsır "Alt Distribütörlük, Sistem Entegratörlüğü ve Stratejik İşbirliği Sözleşmesi" imzalanmıştır. Sözleşme uyarınca Şirketimiz, Lumison'un ana üretici Yushu Technology Co., Ltd. (Unitree Robotics) ile akdettiği ulusal düzeyde Türkiye distribütörlük anlaşmasına dayanarak; Unitree markalı robotik ürünlerin (dört ayaklı ve insansı robotlar, robotik kollar, LIDAR ve motor sistemleri ile ilgili yazılım ve aksesuarlar) ülkemiz sınırları içerisinde satışı bakımından Lumison'a bağlı münhasır yetkili alt distribütör, sistem entegratörü ve stratejik proje ortağı sıfatıyla faaliyet gösterecektir.

A "Exclusive Sub-Distributorship, System Integrator and Strategic Cooperation Agreement" has been executed between our Company's subsidiary, Tera Robotik Sanayi ve Teknoloji A.Ş., and Lumison Teknoloji ve Robotik Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. ("Lumison").

Pursuant to the Agreement, based on Lumison's nationwide distributorship agreement with the principal manufacturer, Yushu Technology Co., Ltd. (Unitree Robotics), our Company will operate as Lumison's exclusive authorized sub-distributor, system integrator and strategic project partner for the sale of Unitree-branded robotic products within the territory of Türkiye, including quadruped and humanoid robots, robotic arms, LIDAR and motor systems, as well as related software and accessories.
