Per our announcement dated July 03, 2026, it was stated that a new share buyback program had been initiated, with a maximum of 2,500,000 shares (2,500,000 TL nominal value) subject to buyback. The fund allocated for the buyback, to be financed from the Company's internal resources, was set at a maximum of 1,000,000,000 TL. As a result of the initiated share buyback transactions, 2,500,000 shares were purchased at an average price of 380.17 TL per share between July 03, 2026, and July 30, 2026, completing the share buyback program. Including shares obtained from previous share buyback programs, the total number of BIMAS shares held by the company has reached 16,720,000, representing 1.3933% of the company's share capital.
