STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY

REGARDING THE CONDENSED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND THE ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE PERIOD FROM 1 JANUARY 2026 TO 30 JUNE 2026

The condensed statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income, statement of cash flows and statement of changes in equity, together with the accompanying notes, for the period from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026 (collectively referred to as the "Financial Statements"), as well as the Annual Report, prepared by our Company in accordance with the Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (II-14.1) issued by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) and in compliance with the Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TAS/TFRS) and the financial reporting formats prescribed by the CMB, have been submitted for our review.

Pursuant to Article 9 of the Communiqué, we hereby declare that:

a) We have reviewed the Financial Statements and the Annual Report.

b) To the best of our knowledge, within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, the Financial Statements and the Annual Report do not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit any material fact that would render the statements misleading as of the date of disclosure.

c) To the best of our knowledge, within the scope of our duties and responsibilities:

the Financial Statements, prepared in accordance with TAS/TFRS pursuant to the Communiqué, present fairly the assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss of our Company; and
the Annual Report, prepared pursuant to the Communiqué, fairly reflects the development and performance of our Company, its financial position, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.

We hereby submit this statement to the public and declare that we are responsible for the disclosures contained herein.

1 OCAK 2026 – 30 HAZİRAN 2026 DÖNEMİNE AİT ÖZET FİNANSAL TABLOLAR İLE FAALİYET RAPORUNA İLİŞKİN SORUMLULUK BEYANI

Şirketimizce, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK)'nun II-14.1 sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (Tebliğ) uyarınca Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS) ve SPK tarafından belirlenen finansal raporlama formatları ile uyumlu olarak hazırlanan 01.01.2026 - 30.06.2026 dönemine ait dipnotları ile birlikte özet finansal durum tablosu, kar veya zarar ve diğer kapsamlı gelir tablosu, nakit akış tablosu ve özkaynaklar değişim tablosu (Hep birlikte "Finansal Tablolar") ile Faaliyet Raporu incelememize sunulmuş olup, Tebliğ'in 9'uncu maddesi uyarınca;

a) Finansal Tablolar ile Faaliyet Raporu'nun tarafımızca incelenmiş olduğunu,

b) İşletmedeki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, Finansal Tablolar ile Faaliyet Raporu'nun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibarıyla yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

c) İşletmedeki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde;

· Tebliğ uyarınca TMS/TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanmış Finansal Tablolar'ın, Şirketimizin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kâr ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığını,

· Tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış Faaliyet Raporu'nun, Şirketimizin gelişimi ve performansı ile finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olunan önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte dürüstçe yansıttığını,

kamuoyunun bilgisine sunar, yapılan açıklamalardan dolayı sorumlu olduğumuzu beyan ederiz.
