Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 22.07.2026 tarih ve 2026/145 sayılı revize edilmiş "Kar Payı Dağıtılmasının Genel Kurul'a Önerilmesi ve Bilgi Verilmesi Hk." konulu kararı uyarınca; TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre hesaplanan 3.925.558.730,62 TL tutarındaki bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem kârının %40,79'u oranında (brüt 1.601.250.000,00 TL, net 1.361.062.500,00 TL) ve 1 TL nominal değerli paya brüt 0,50 TL (Elli Kuruş) ve net 0,4250 TL (Kırk iki buçuk kuruş) olacak şekilde ortaklara nakit olarak kâr payı dağıtılması ve kâr payı ödemelerinin 06.10.2026 tarihinde yapılması hususları 30 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen 2025 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda kabul edilmiştir. |
