Şirketimiz ile Türksat Uydu Haberleşme Kablo TV ve İşletme A.Ş. (Türksat) arasında, Türksat'ın "İnternet Yönlendirici Sistemleri" projesi kapsamında hizmet ve donanım tedariğine ilişkin sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

Sözleşme kapsamında, proje için gerekli hizmet ve donanım tedariği Şirketimiz tarafından gerçekleştirilecek olup, sözleşmenin toplam bedeli KDV hariç 1.850.000 ABD Doları (30.07.2026 tarihli güncel TCMB döviz alış kuruna göre 87.518.875 Türk Lirası)'dır.

Söz konusu proje ile Türksat'ın mevcut internet omurga şebekesinin kapasitesinin artırılması, artan IP trafiğinin daha etkin yönetilmesi, abonelere kesintisiz, yüksek bant genişlikli ve güvenli internet hizmeti sunulmasının desteklenmesi ve ilgili mevzuat uyarınca yerine getirilmesi gereken yükümlülüklere yönelik çözümlerin sağlanması amaçlanmaktadır.

Sözleşme kapsamındaki teslimat ve hizmetlerin, proje planında belirlenen iş programı ve kabul süreçleri doğrultusunda yerine getirilmesi planlanmaktadır. Söz konusu sözleşmenin, Şirketimizin gelirlerine ve faaliyetlerine olumlu katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir. Projenin başarıyla tamamlanmasının, Şirketimizin benzer nitelikteki projelerdeki tecrübe ve referanslarına katkı sağlaması öngörülmektedir.

Our Company has signed a contract with Türksat Satellite Communication Cable TV and Operations Inc. ("Türksat") for the provision of services and hardware under Türksat's Internet Router Systems project.

Under the contract, our Company will provide the services and hardware required for the project. The total contract value amounts to USD 1,850,000, excluding VAT (equivalent to TRY 87,518,875 based on the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye's USD buying exchange rate as of 30 July 2026).

The project aims to increase the capacity of Türksat's existing internet backbone network, enable more efficient management of increasing IP traffic, support the provision of uninterrupted, high-bandwidth and secure internet services to subscribers, and deliver solutions addressing the obligations required under the applicable legislation.

The deliveries and services under the contract are planned to be completed in accordance with the project schedule and acceptance procedures set out in the project plan. The contract is expected to make a positive contribution to our Company's revenues and operations. Furthermore, the successful completion of the project is expected to further strengthen our Company's experience and references in projects of a similar nature.
