Şirketimizin 14.11.2025 tarihli özel durum açıklaması ile kamuoyuna duyurulan, Almanya merkezli Astronergy Europe GmbH ile birlikte yürütülen, Türkiye'de entegre wafer ve güneş hücresi üretim tesisi kurulmasına yönelik ortak girişim projesi kapsamındaki çalışmalar planlanan takvim doğrultusunda devam etmektedir.

Balıkesir Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde inşası devam eden üretim tesisinde mevcut durum itibarıyla inşaat çalışmalarının yaklaşık %90'ı tamamlanmıştır.

Proje kapsamında yürütülen çalışmaların mevcut planlamaya uygun şekilde devam etmesi öngörülmekte olup, üretim tesisinin tamamlanarak 2027 yılının ilk çeyreğinde üretime başlaması planlanmaktadır.

Şirketimiz, söz konusu yatırıma ilişkin önemli gelişmeleri Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-15.1 sayılı Özel Durumlar Tebliği hükümleri çerçevesinde kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımız ile paylaşmaya devam edecektir.

The activities carried out under the joint venture project for the establishment of an integrated wafer and solar cell manufacturing facility in Türkiye, which was announced to the public through our material event disclosure dated 14 November 2025 regarding our collaboration with Astronergy Europe GmbH, headquartered in Germany, are progressing in line with the planned schedule.

As of the date of this announcement, approximately 90% of the construction works at the manufacturing facility under development in the Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone have been completed.

The project is expected to continue in accordance with the current implementation schedule, and the manufacturing facility is planned to be completed and commence production in the first quarter of 2027.

Our Company will continue to disclose any material developments regarding the investment to the public and our investors in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on Material Events (II-15.1) of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye.
