Bağlı ortaklığımız Tekfen İnşaat ve Tesisat A.Ş.'nin, Fernas İnşaat Anonim Şirketi ile birlikte oluşturduğu iş ortaklığınca Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlığı Altyapı Yatırımları Genel Müdürlüğü'nce gerçekleştirilen "Pursaklar – Esenboğa (20+500 ile 36+000) Raylı Sistem Hattı İnşaat ve Elektromekanik Sistemler Temin, Montaj ve İşletmeye Alma İşi" ihalesinde verilen KDV hariç 54.411.643.707,60 TL tutarındaki teklifin geçerli teklifler arasında en yüksek puana sahip ekonomik açıdan en avantajlı teklif olarak değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, ihale söz konusu iş ortaklığına ihale edilmiş ve İhale Komisyonunca onaylanmıştır.

Bu doğrultuda, adi ortaklık tarafı şirketlere iletilen "Sözleşmeye Davet" yazısı uyarınca sözleşmenin imzası Kamu İhale Kanunu ve ihale şartnamesinde öngörülen yasal süreler içerisinde, gerekli kesin teminat ve belgelerin tamamlanmasını müteakip gerçekleştirilecektir.

Our subsidiary, Tekfen İnşaat ve Tesisat A.Ş., together with Fernas İnşaat Anonim Şirketi, has formed a joint venture for the "Pursaklar – Esenboğa (20+500 to 36+000) Rail System Line Construction and Electromechanical Systems Supply, Installation and Commissioning Works" tender conducted by the General Directorate of Infrastructure Investments of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Following the evaluation of the joint venture's bid amounting to 54.411.643.707,60 TL excluding VAT as the economically most advantageous bid with the highest score among the valid bids, the tender was awarded to the said joint venture and approved by the Tender Commission.

Accordingly, pursuant to the "Invitation to Contract" letter delivered to the parties of the joint venture, the contract will be executed within the legal periods stipulated under the Public Procurement Law and the tender specifications, following the completion of the required performance bond and other necessary documents.
