Introduction

We have been engaged to perform a limited review of whether the financial information included in the interim operating report of Bin Ulaşım ve Akıllı Şehir Teknolojileri A.Ş. (the "Company") prepared as of 30 June 2026 is consistent with the interim condensed financial information that has been subject to limited review. The interim operating report subject to this report is the responsibility of the Company's management. Our responsibility as the independent auditor conducting the limited review is to express a conclusion as to whether the financial information included in the interim operating report is consistent with the interim condensed financial statements and explanatory notes thereto, which have been subject to limited review and are covered by our limited review report dated 11 August 2026.

Scope of the Limited Review

Our limited review was conducted in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements ("SRE") 2410, "Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity." Our limited review comprises the examination of whether the financial information included in the interim operating report is consistent with the interim condensed financial statements and explanatory notes thereto that have been subject to limited review. The scope of a limited review of interim financial information is substantially narrower than the scope of an independent audit conducted in accordance with the Standards on Auditing, the objective of which is to express an opinion on the financial statements. Consequently, a limited review of interim financial information does not provide assurance that the audit firm will become aware of all significant matters that might be identified in an independent audit. Accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion.

Conclusion

Based on our limited review, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that the financial information included in the accompanying interim operating report is not consistent, in all material respects, with the information presented in the interim condensed financial statements and explanatory notes thereto that have been subject to limited review.
