Şirketimizin 15.04.2026 ve 17.04.2026 tarihli özel durum açıklamalarında, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde yerleşik müşterimiz ile Şirketimiz arasında güneş panelleri, ilgili bileşenler ve alüminyum çerçevelerin satışına yönelik olarak imzalanan Niyet Mutabakatı ve söz konusu iş birliğinin geliştirilmesine ilişkin süreç kamuoyu ile paylaşılmıştı.

Bu defa, söz konusu Niyet Mutabakatı kapsamında taraflar arasında yürütülen teknik ve ticari çalışmalar neticesinde, iş birliğinin uygulama aşamasına yönelik ilk adım olarak 2.7 Milyon USD tutarındaki sipariş alınmıştır. Söz konusu sipariş kapsamında gerçekleştirilecek ürün satışının ürünlerin teknik ve ticari açıdan değerlendirilmesi, müşteri ihtiyaçlarına uygunluğunun teyit edilmesi ve taraflar arasındaki uzun vadeli iş birliğinin sonraki aşamalarının devamı ve şekillendirilmesi açısından önemli bir adım olması öngörülmektedir.

İş birliğinin ilerleyen aşamalarına ilişkin gelişmeler kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır.

In our Company's material event disclosures dated April 15, 2026 and April 17, 2026, the public was informed of the Letter of Intent signed between our Company and our customer based in the United States of America for the sale of solar panels, related components and aluminum frames, as well as the process regarding the development of the said cooperation.

At this stage, as a result of the technical and commercial work carried out between the parties within the scope of the said Letter of Intent, an order amounting to USD 2.7 million has been received as the first step toward the implementation phase of the cooperation. The sale of the products under the said order is expected to constitute an important step in terms of the technical and commercial evaluation of the products, confirmation of their suitability for the customer's needs, and the continuation and shaping of the subsequent stages of the long-term cooperation between the parties.

Developments regarding the subsequent stages of the cooperation will be shared with the public.
