Şirketimiz, İ.E.T.T. tarafından gerçekleştirilen "150 Adet Dizel Yakıtlı Otobüs Alımı (8-9 metre)" konulu ihaleye teklif vermiştir.Söz konusu ihale kapsamında 150 adet dizel yakıtlı otobüsün temini ile araçların İETT garajında 2 yıl süreyle bakım, onarım ve temizlik hizmetlerinin sunulması öngörülmektedir.22.07.2026 tarihinde tarafımıza tebliğ edilen ihale kararı kapsamında yürütülen ihale süreci tamamlanmış olup, söz konusu ihaleye ilişkin sözleşme bugün (13.08.2026) tarihinde Şirketimiz ile İ.E.T.T. arasında imzalanmıştır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce tercümesi mevcut olup, bu açıklamanın Türkçe ve İngilizce versiyonları arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda, Türkçe versiyon esas kabul edilecektir.

Our Company submitted a bid for the tender conducted by I.E.T.T. titled "Procurement of 150 Diesel-Fueled Buses (8–9 meters)."

Within the scope of the aforementioned tender, the procurement of 150 diesel-fueled buses, together with the provision of maintenance, repair, and cleaning services for the vehicles at I.E.T.T. garages for a period of two years, is envisaged.

The tender process has been completed within the scope of the tender decision notified to our Company on July 22, 2026, and the contract pertaining to the aforementioned tender was signed today, August 13, 2026, between our Company and I.E.T.T.

We hereby respectfully announce the foregoing to the public.

An English translation of this disclosure is also available. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
