Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde (ABD) faaliyet gösteren bağlı ortaklığımız Borusan Berg Pipe, ABD'de yürütülen ticari görüşmeler sonucunda farklı müşterilerden toplam yaklaşık 360 milyon ABD doları tutarında yeni satış siparişleri almıştır.

Mevcut sipariş portföyümüzde yer alan projelerin güncellenen üretim ve sevkiyat takvimleri ile yeni alınan siparişlerin teslimat planları birlikte değerlendirildiğinde, söz konusu yeni satış siparişlerin büyük bölümünün 2027 yılı içerisinde üretilerek sevk edilmesi ve konsolide gelirlerimize katkı sağlaması, kalan bölümünün ise 2028 yılı içerisinde sevk edilmesi ve konsolide gelirlerimize yansıması öngörülmektedir.

Bununla birlikte, üretim ve sevkiyat takvimlerinde yapılan güncellemeler doğrultusunda, mevcut sipariş portföyümüzün 2028 yılı konsolide gelirlerimize katkısının artması beklenmektedir. Bu öngörüler, siparişlerle ilgili projelerin ilerleme durumu ve ticari koşullardaki olağan değişkenliklere bağlı olarak farklılık gösterebilir.

Our subsidiary Borusan Berg Pipe, located in the United States of America (USA) has received new sales orders totaling approximately USD 360 million from various customers as a result of commercial negotiations conducted in the USA.

Considering the updated production and shipment schedules of the projects included in our existing order backlog together with the delivery schedules of the newly received orders, the majority of these new sales orders are expected to be produced and shipped during 2027 and contribute to our consolidated revenues in the same year, while the remaining portion is expected to be shipped during 2028 and be reflected in our consolidated revenues accordingly.

In addition, as a result of updates to production and shipment schedules, the contribution of our existing order backlog to our consolidated revenues in 2028 is expected to increase.

These projections may vary depending on the progress of the projects related to the orders and ordinary changes in commercial conditions.
