Vişne Madencilik Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi'nin halka arzından sonra kamuya açıklanan 30.06.2026 tarihli finansal tabloları ışığında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun VII.128-1 sayılı Pay Tebliği'nin 33'üncü maddesi uyarınca Şirketimiz Denetim Komitesi tarafından hazırlanan ve payların halka arzından elde edilen fonların izahnamede belirtildiği şekilde kullanılıp kullanılmadığına ilişkin rapor ektedir.
