Based on the annual contract signed as of 19.06.2026, our Company's Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Rating score for the period 17.08.2026 - 17.08.2027 was confirmed as 9.58. Rating study in main headings; a score of 93.85 were obtained from the Shareholders section, 99.32 from the Public Disclosure and Transparency section, 97.51 from the Stakeholders section and 93.87 from the Board of Directors section. Explanation of the grade received; It demonstrates that the Company complies to a high level extent with the Corporate Governance Principles published by the Capital Markets Board. Risks that may arise for the company have been identified and can be controlled. Public disclosure activities and transparency are at high level. The rights of shareholders and stakeholders are fairly considered. The structure and working conditions of the board of directors are largely compatible with corporate governance principles. When Garanti BBVA Factoring's activities for the last year are examined, it is observed that it continues to comply with the corporate governance principles.
