Şirketimiz tarafından 2026 yılı 2. dönem Geçici Vergi Beyannamesi ekinde Vergi Dairesine sunulan, 01.01.2026 – 30.06.2026 dönemine ait Gelir Tablosu ekte yer almaktadır.

Söz konusu Gelir Tablosu, Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatına göre düzenlenmemiş olup, Vergi Usul Kanunu ve ilgili düzenlemeler çerçevesinde enflasyon muhasebesi uygulanmaksızın hazırlanmıştır.

Aynı döneme ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatına uygun şekilde enflasyon düzeltmesine tabi tutularak hazırlanacak ve kamuya açıklanacak finansal tablolar, ekte yer alan mali tablolardan farklılık gösterebilecektir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

Income Statement for the period between 01.01.2026 and 30.06.2026, which was submitted to the Tax Office as an annex to the Company's 2nd provisional tax return for the year 2026, is attached hereto.

The said Income Statement has not been prepared in accordance with capital markets legislation and has been prepared without the application of inflation accounting, pursuant to the Tax Procedure Law and relevant regulations.

The financial statements for the same period, which will be prepared in accordance with capital markets legislation by applying inflation adjustment and publicly disclosed, may differ from the financial statements attached hereto.
