Bazı basın ve yayın organlarında yer alan ve kamuoyunda Şeker Soruşturması olarak anılan haberlerde geçen Kervan Gıda ibaresi nedeniyle yatırımcılarımızın doğru bilgilendirilmesi amacıyla işbu açıklama yapılmaktadır.

Söz konusu haberlerde yer alan ve soruşturma kapsamında olduğu belirtilen şirket, Adana'da kurulu Kervan Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi olup, Borsa İstanbul'da KRVGD kodu ile işlem gören şirketimiz Kervan Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ile herhangi bir tüzel kişilik ayniyeti bulunmamaktadır.

Şirketimizin söz konusu soruşturma kapsamında şüpheli, ilgili şirket, bilgi sahibi veya taraf sıfatı bulunmamaktadır. Şirketimize ulaşmış herhangi bir adli veya idari işlem, arama kararı, evrak talebi ya da soruşturma bildirimi mevcut değildir.

This disclosure is made in order to ensure that our investors are properly informed regarding references to Kervan Gıda in certain news reports published by various media outlets and publicly referred to as the Sugar Investigation.

The company identified in such reports as being subject to the investigation is Kervan Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a limited liability company established in Adana. This entity is entirely separate from our Company, Kervan Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi whose shares are publicly traded on Borsa İstanbul under the ticker symbol KRVGD, and there is no legal or corporate identity between the two entities.

Our Company has no status as a suspect, related company, informed party, or participant within the scope of the aforementioned investigation. Furthermore, our Company has not received any judicial or administrative notification, search warrant, document request, or investigation notice in relation to this matter.
