Şirketimizin 45.170 metre² arsa alanı üzerinde inşaatı devam eden Sur Yapı Tatil Evleri Antalya Projesi'nde 15.696 adet devremülk ve sosyal alanların inşaat sürecinin sona ermesiyle birlikte projenin ilk etabı tamamlanmıştır.

Proje kapsamında Eylül ayı içerisinde işletme testlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi, Ekim ayı içerisinde ise ilk etapta yer alan 15.696 adet devre mülkte yaşam başlangıcının gerçekleştirilmesi ve tesisin faaliyete geçirilmesi planlanmaktadır.

Yapılan ön satışların bir sonraki bilanço döneminde hasılat olarak yansıyacak olması nedeniyle, projenin faaliyete geçmesinin Şirketimizin cirosuna ve karlılığına olumlu yönde katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.

The first phase of our company's Sur Yapı Tatil Evleri Antalya Project, which is under construction on a 45,170 square metre site, has been completed following the completion of construction work on 15,696 timeshare units and the social areas.

As part of the project, operational tests are scheduled to take place in September, whilst the first 15,696 timeshare units in the first phase are set to be occupied and the facility commissioned in October.

The pre-sales are expected to be recognised as revenue in the next financial period, the project's commencement is anticipated to make a positive contribution to our Company's turnover and profitability.
