Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekili ve Genel Müdürü Sayın Dr. Cebrail Taşkın, 19.08.2026 tarihi itibarıyla Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği ve Genel Müdürlük görevlerinden ayrılmıştır. Boşalan Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliğine, uygun adayın belirlenmesini müteakip Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 363. maddesi uyarınca atama yapılacaktır. Konuya ilişkin gelişmeler kamuoyu ile ayrıca paylaşılacaktır.

The Company's Vice Chairman of the Board and General Manager, Dr. Cebrail Taşkın, has stepped down from his positions as a Member of the Company's Board of Directors and General Manager, effective as of August 19, 2026. Following the determination of a suitable candidate, an appointment to fill the vacant seat on the Board of Directors will be made in accordance with Article 363 of the Turkish Commercial Code. Further developments regarding the matter will be disclosed to the public separately.
