a) We hereby declare that we have reviewed the Consolidated Financial Statements and the Annual Report for the accounting period from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, which have been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards issued by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority, pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué No. II-14.1 on the Principles of Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets;

b) Based on the information available to us within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, we hereby declare that the consolidated financial statements and the annual report do not contain any material misstatement or omission that could result in the information being misleading as of the date of disclosure;

c) We hereby declare that the consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the aforementioned Communiqué fairly reflect, in all material respects, the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss, and that the annual report fairly reflects the development and performance of the business and the Company's consolidated financial position, together with the significant risks and uncertainties faced by the Company.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.

a) Şirketimizin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-14.1) sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri uyarınca, Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları çerçevesinde hazırlanmış, 01.01.2026 – 30.06.2026 hesap dönemine ait Konsolide Finansal Tablolarının ve Faaliyet Raporunun tarafımızca incelendiğini,

b) Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, konsolide finansal tablo ve faaliyet raporu'nun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

c) Anılan Tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış konsolide finansal tabloların şirketin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığı ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve Şirket'in konsolide finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olunan önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte dürüstçe yansıttığını beyan ederiz.
