STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY

PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 OF THE CAPITAL MARKETS BOARD COMMUNIQUÉ NO. II-14.1

The attached financial statements for the six-month period ended 30.06.2026, which have been approved by the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of our Company, prepared in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Standards / Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TAS/TFRS) consolidated provisions pursuant to the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") Communiqué No. II-14.1 on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets and the CMB decision dated 17.04.2008 and numbered 11/467, and which have been subjected to limited review, are enclosed.

We hereby declare, within the framework of the information we possess in our respective areas of duty and responsibility at the Company, that the TAS/TFRS-based Consolidated Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and the related notes thereto, as well as the Annual Report, prepared by the management of our Company on a comparative basis with the previous year as of 30.06.2026:

a) have been reviewed by us,

b) do not contain any untrue statement on material matters or any omission that would result in the statements being misleading as of the date on which they are made,

c) fairly present, in all material respects, the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the Company (including those within the scope of consolidation, if any) in accordance with Communiqué No. II-14.1 on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets, and that the Annual Report fairly reflects the development and performance of the business and the financial position of the Company (including those within the scope of consolidation, if any), together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.

II-14.1 SAYILI TEBLİĞİN 9. MADDESİ GEREĞİNCE SORUMLULUK BEYANI

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu ve Denetim Komitesi tarafından onaylanmış, 30.06.2026 tarihinde sona eren 6 aylık döneme ait, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun ("SPK") II-14.1 sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği ve 17.04.2008 tarih ve 11/467 sayılı kararı uyarınca, TMS/TFRS Konsolide hükümlerine göre hazırlanan ve sınırlı denetimden geçmiş mali tablolarımız ektedir.

Şirketimiz yönetimi tarafından 30.06.2026 tarihi itibariyle bir önceki yıl ile karşılaştırmalı olarak hazırlanmış olan TMS/TFRS esaslı Konsolide Bilanço, Gelir Tablosu, Nakit Akım Tablosu, Öz Sermaye Değişim Tabloları ile bunlara ait açıklamaların ve Faaliyet Raporunun;

a) Tarafımızdan incelendiğini,

b) Şirketimizdeki görev ve sorumluluk alanlarında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, Finansal tablo ve faaliyet raporunun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

c) Şirketimizin görev ve sorumluluk alanlarında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, II-14.1 sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği uyarınca hazırlanmış finansal tabloların varsa konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte işletmenin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kâr ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığını ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve varsa konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte- işletmenin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olunan önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte, dürüstçe yansıttığını,
