Tek pay sahibi olduğumuz Güneşgün 4 Enerji Üretim Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., bağlı ortaklığı olan Venka Elektrik Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'nin sermayesini 50.000,00 TL'den, 250.000,00 TL'ye artırmıştır. Artırılan 200.000,00 TL Güneşgün 4 Enerji Üretim Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. tarafından nakden ve defaten sermaye artırımının tescilinden önce ödenmiştir.

Kamuoyuna saygı ile duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi eş anlı kamuya açıklanmış olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Our wholly owned subsidiary, Güneşgün 4 Enerji Üretim Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., has increased the share capital of its subsidiary, Venka Elektrik Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., from TRY 50,000.00 to TRY 250,000.00. The increased amount of TRY 200,000.00 was paid in cash and in full by Güneşgün 4 Enerji Üretim Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. prior to the registration of the capital increase.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

The English translation of this disclosure has been simultaneously disclosed to the public. In the event of any discrepancy between the disclosure texts, the Turkish version shall prevail.
