Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun VII-128.1 sayılı Pay Tebliği'nin (Tebliğ) 33. maddesi uyarınca hazırlanan 21.08.2026 tarihli Fon Kullanım Raporu, ilk yayımlanan raporda ortak satışı yoluyla elde edilen hasılatın da fon tutarına dahil edilmiş olması nedeniyle revize edilmiştir.

Şirket'in sermaye artırımı yoluyla elde ettiği fon esas alınarak yeniden düzenlenen Fon Kullanım Raporu ekte kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır.

The Fund Utilization Report dated 21 August 2026, prepared pursuant to Article 33 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Shares No. VII-128.1 (the "Communiqué"), has been revised since the proceeds from the sale of shares by the existing shareholder were also included in the fund amount in the initially published report.

The revised Fund Utilization Report, prepared by taking into account only the proceeds obtained by the Company through the capital increase, is attached hereto for the information of the public.
