Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde (ABD) bulunan bağlı ortaklığımız Borusan Berg Pipe, ABD'de yürütülen ticari görüşmeler sonucunda yaklaşık 555 milyon ABD doları tutarında yeni satış siparişi almıştır. Söz konusu yeni satış siparişinin 2028 yılı içerisinde üretilerek sevk edilmesi ve konsolide gelirlerimize yansıması öngörülmektedir. Bu öngörüler, siparişlerle ilgili projelerin ilerleme durumu ve ticari koşullardaki olağan değişkenliklere bağlı olarak farklılık gösterebilir.

İşbu açıklamanın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinleri arasında herhangi bir farklılık olması halinde Türkçe açıklama esas alınacaktır.

Our subsidiary, Borusan Berg Pipe, located in the United States of America (USA), has received new sales order amounting to approximately USD 555 million as a result of commercial negotiations conducted in the USA.

These new sales order is expected to be produced and shipped during 2028 and to be reflected in our consolidated revenues accordingly. These expectations may vary depending on the progress of the projects related to the orders and ordinary changes in commercial conditions.

The Turkish translation of this disclosure is also available and in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version shall prevail.
