Yönetim Kurulu 24 Ağustos 2026 tarihinde gerçekleştirdiği toplantısında mevcut CEO Osman Aslanali'nin tüm finansal ve operasyonel sorumluluklarını kapsayacak şekilde CEO görevini sona erdirmiş, Selin Kılıç'ı aynı tarih itibarıyla geçerli olmak üzere vekaleten CEO olarak atamıştır.

Sayın Kılıç, mevcut yönetim ekibi ve Yönetim Kurulu ile yakın iş birliği içinde Şirketin yönetimini üstlenecektir. Sayın Kılıç, yeni görev ve sorumlulukları kapsamında Yönetim Kurulunun tam desteğine ve güvenine sahiptir.

Sayın Kılıç, 2010 yılında Göknur bünyesine katılmış ve 2022'den bu yana Mersin/Adana Kampüsü Genel Müdürü olarak görev yapmıştır. Ankara Üniversitesi Gıda Mühendisliği Bölümünden lisans ve yüksek lisans derecelerine sahip olan Sayın Kılıç, gıda üretimi ve operasyon yönetimi alanlarında kapsamlı deneyime sahiptir. Göknur'daki görev süresi boyunca Şirketin küresel pazarlarındaki müşterileri, tedarikçileri ve tedarik zinciri genelindeki iş ortaklarıyla güçlü ilişkiler geliştirmiştir.

At its meeting held on 24 August 2026, the Board of Directors relieved the CEO Osman Alsanali from all his obligations as CEO, including all financial and operational duties, effective immediately till further notice and appointed Ms. Selin Kılıç as Acting CEO effective as of the same date.

Ms. Kılıç will assume responsibility for the management of the Company in close coordination with the existing management team and the Board of Directors. She has the full support and confidence of the Board and the management team as she assumes these responsibilities.

Ms. Kılıç joined Göknur in 2010 and has served as a General Manager of Mersin/Adana Campus since 2022. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Food Engineering from Ankara University and has extensive experience in food production and operational management. During her tenure, she has built strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners across Göknur's global markets and throughout the Company's supply chain.
