Şirketimizin bağlı ortaklığı GSD Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş.'nin, Fibabanka A.Ş.'nin 24/08/2026 tarihinde satışa çıkarttığı 407 milyon TL anaparaya sahip ticari/kobi nitelikli alacak portföyünün ihalesine iştirak etmiş olduğu ve ihaleye katılan üç varlık yönetimi şirketinin içinde en yüksek teklifi vererek portföy alımına hak kazandığı öğrenilmiştir.

İhalenin, Fibabanka A.Ş Yönetim Kurulu'nun onayı ile kesinleşmesini müteakip, sözleşmenin imza süreci ve satışa konu alacakların devir işlemleri GSD Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. tarafından yapılacaktır.

It has been learned that our subsidiary, GSD Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş., participated in the tender held by Fibabanka A.Ş. on 24 August 2026 for the sale of a commercial portfolio with a principal amount of 407 million TL, and was awarded the right to purchase the portfolio by submitting the highest bid among the three asset management companies participating in the tender.

Following the final approval of the tender by the Board of Directors of Fibabanka A.Ş., the contract signing process and the transfer procedures of the receivables subject to the sale will be carried out by GSD Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş.
