Şirket'imiz ve bağlı ortaklığımız Erde Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ile REC Uluslararası İnşaat Yatırım San. ve Tic. A.Ş. arasında, TSK Ay Yıldız Müşterek Karargâhı F Blok mekanik ve elektrik tesisat işleri ile ilgili olarak bugün (26.08.2026) sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

Sözleşme tutarı 3.623.852-USD (KDV Hariç) ve 276.560.986-TL (KDV Hariç) olup güncel döviz kuru ile toplam TL karşılığı 541.041.920-TL (KDV Dahil)'dir.

Projenin 8 ay içinde tamamlanması planlanmaktadır.

Our Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Erde Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. have signed a contract today (26.08.2026) regarding mechanical and electrical installation works for TSK Ay Yıldız Joint Headquarters Block F Project with Rec Uluslararası İnşaat Yatırım San. ve Tic. A.Ş.

The contract amount is 3.623.852-USD (excluding VAT) and 276.560.986-TL (excluding VAT), corresponding to a total TL amount of 541.041.920-TL (including VAT) with the current exchange rate.

The project is planned to be completed within 8 months.
