Esnaf ve sanatkarlarımıza Hazine faiz destekli esnaf kredisi kullandırımlarında vadesi geçmiş borcu ile sosyal güvenlik prim borcu bulunmadığı, borç bulunması halinde ise yeniden yapılandırılmış ve yapılandırmanın bozulmamış olması şartı aranmakta iken bugün Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanan 11648 sayılı Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı uyarınca; "bahse konu şart aranmaksızın" esnaf ve sanatkarlarımıza Karar'da belirtilen şartlarda Hazine faiz destekli esnaf kredisi kullanma imkanı getirilmiştir.

Ayrıca vadesi geçmiş vergi borcu ile sosyal güvenlik prim borcunun ödenmesi amacıyla da mevcut kredi limitlerine ilave olarak Karar'da belirtilen şartlarda Hazine faiz destekli esnaf kredisi kullanma imkanı da sağlanmıştır. Yayımlanan Karar ile Hazine faiz destekli esnaf kredisinden çok daha geniş kesimdeki esnaf ve sanatkarlarımız yararlanabilecektir.

While the disbursement of Treasury interest-subsidized loans to artisans and tradespeople previously required the absence of any overdue debts or social security premium liabilities, or alternatively, that any such existing debts have been restructured and remain in good standing, pursuant to the Presidential Decree No. 11648 published in the Official Gazette today, artisans and tradespeople are now eligible to utilize Treasury interest-subsidized loans under the specified conditions, "without being subject to the aforementioned requirement".

Furthermore, in addition to existing credit limits, an option to utilize Treasury interest-subsidized loans has been introduced to facilitate the settlement of overdue tax and social security premium liabilities, subject to the conditions specified in the Decree. With the enactment of this Decree, a significantly broader segment of artisans and tradespeople will be able to benefit from Treasury interest-subsidized loans.
