Şirket'imiz ve bağlı ortaklığımız Erde Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ile Cevahir Yapı Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş. arasında, yapımı devam eden İstanbul Uluslararası Finans Merkezi 3328 Ada 7 Parsel Borsa Binası Projesinde, İlave Katlar Mekanik ve Elektrik Tesisat İşleri ile ilgili olarak bugün (28.08.2026), KDV dahil 333.885.496-TL tutarında yeni bir sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

İlgili Proje kapsamında (KDV Hariç 3.014.955-USD ve 133.067.830-TL) bugün de dahil olmak üzere imzalanan sözleşme bedeli toplamı 1.053.299.890,00-TL (KDV Dahil) olmuştur.

Projenin 4 ay içinde tamamlanması planlanmaktadır.

Our Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Erde Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. have signed a new contract today (28.08.2026) with Cevahir Yapı Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş. regarding mechanical and electrical installation works for Istanbul International Financial Center, Block 3328, Parcel 7 Additional Floors Project of the Stock Exchange Building, which is currently under construction, in the amount of 333.885.496-TL (including VAT).

As of today (3.014.955-USD and 133.067.830-TL, both excluding VAT), the total contract value of the contracts signed within the scope of the relevant Project has reached to 1.053.299.890,00-TL (including VAT)

The project is planned to be completed within 4 months.
