Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı olarak görev yapmakta olan Sn. Gökhan EYİGÜN 31 Ağustos 2026 tarihi itibarıyla geçerli olmak üzere Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığı ve Üyeliği görevlerinden ayrılacaktır.

1 Eylül 2026 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olmak üzere, Sn. Huriye PANDUL, Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 363'üncü maddesi uyarınca yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmak üzere Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak atanmıştır. Yönetim Kurulu'nda gerçekleştirilen görev dağılımı kapsamında ise Sn. Murat PINAR Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı, Sn. Huriye PANDUL ise Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekili olarak belirlenmiştir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

Mr. Gökhan EYİGÜN, who has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, will resign from his positions as Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors, effective as of 31 August 2026.

Effective as of 1 September 2026, Ms. Huriye PANDUL has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors. Following the distribution of duties within the Board of Directors, Mr. Murat PINAR has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Ms. Huriye PANDUL as Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors.
