Paylarının %76,67'si Şirketimize ait olan Meta Mobilite Enerji A.Ş. ("Meta") ile Zes Dijital Ticaret A.Ş. ("ZES") arasında Şarj İstasyonu İşletmeci Sözleşmesi imzalanmıştır.Sözleşme kapsamında Meta, Sertifikalı Yatırımcı olarak kendi bünyesinde yeni kuracağı şarj istasyonlarını ZES şarj ağı kapsamında işletime açacak ve söz konusu istasyonlar ZES uygulaması üzerinden ZES müşterilerinin kullanımına sunulacaktır.

Söz konusu iş birliği ile Meta'nın şarj istasyonu yatırımlarının ZES'in mevcut müşteri kitlesine erişiminin sağlanması ve bu suretle Meta'nın şarj hizmetlerinden elde edeceği gelirlere olumlu katkı sağlanması beklenmektedir.

A Charging Station Operator Agreement has been signed between Meta Mobilite Enerji A.Ş. ("Meta")—76.67% of whose shares are held by our Company—and Zes Dijital Ticaret A.Ş. ("ZES"). Under the agreement, Meta will launch and operate new charging stations—which it will establish in-house as a Certified Investor—within the ZES charging network, making these stations available for use by ZES customers via the ZES application.

This collaboration is expected to provide Meta's charging station investments with access to ZES's existing customer base, thereby positively contributing to the revenue Meta generates from charging services.
