31.10.2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamamızda, Şirketimizin verimliliğine ve kârlılığına katkı sağlayacak, yatay ve/veya dikey büyüme fırsatları sunacak yurt içi ve yurt dışı yatırım imkânlarının araştırılması için Şirketimiz üst düzey yöneticilerinin görevlendirilmesine karar verildiği kamuoyuna duyurulmuştu.

Söz konusu açıklama kapsamında yapılan değerlendirmeler çerçevesinde, bugüne kadar kamuya açıklanmasını gerektirecek nitelikte somut ve kesinleşmiş bir yatırım fırsatı veya yatırım kararı oluşmamıştır.

Şirketimizin stratejik hedefleri ve öncelikleri doğrultusunda ilerleyen dönemlerde oluşabilecek yatırım fırsatlarının değerlendirilmesi mümkün olup, kamuya açıklanması gereken nitelikte somut ve kesinleşmiş bir gelişme meydana gelmesi halinde ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımız bilgilendirilecektir.

In our material event disclosure dated 31 October 2024, it was announced that senior executives of our Company had been appointed to explore domestic and international investment opportunities that could contribute to the efficiency and profitability of our Company and provide opportunities for horizontal and/or vertical growth.

Within the framework of the evaluations made within the scope of the mentioned disclosure, there has been no concrete and finalized investment opportunity or investment decision that would require public disclosure to date.

In line with our Company's strategic objectives and priorities, potential investment opportunities that may arise in the coming periods may be evaluated.
