JCR Eurasia Rating (JCR-ER) tarafından Şirketimiz "Şa-Ra Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş." hakkında gerçekleştirilen kredi derecelendirme çalışması 28.08.2026 tarihinde tamamlanmış olup, sonuçları aşağıda kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır:

Şirketimizin Uzun Vadeli Ulusal Kredi Rating Notu, yatırım yapılabilir kategoride "BBB+ (tr)" seviyesinde teyit edilmiş olup, görünümü "Negatif"ten "Durağan"a revize edilmiştir. Kısa Vadeli Ulusal Kredi Rating Notu "J2 (tr)" olarak, görünümü ise "Durağan" olarak teyit edilmiştir. Diğer taraftan, Uzun Vadeli Uluslararası Yabancı Para ve Yerel Para Kredi Rating Notları ile görünümleri, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin uluslararası rating notları ve görünümleri ile paralel olarak "BB/Durağan" şeklinde teyit edilmiştir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

The credit rating assessment of our Company, "Şa-Ra Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş.", conducted by JCR Eurasia Rating (JCR-ER), was completed on August 28, 2026, and the results are presented below for the information of the public:

Our Company's Long-Term National Issuer Credit Rating was affirmed at "BBB+ (tr)" in the investment grade category, and its outlook was revised from "Negative" to "Stable". The Short-Term National Issuer Credit Rating was affirmed at "J2 (tr)" with a "Stable" outlook. On the other hand, the Long-Term International Foreign and Local Currency Issuer Credit Ratings and their outlooks were affirmed as "BB/Stable", in parallel with the international ratings and outlooks of the Republic of Türkiye.
