Şirketimizin Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde yerleşik bağlı ortaklığı CW Energy USA, Inc. ile ABD'de yerleşik bir müşteri arasında fotovoltaik güneş paneli satışına ilişkin Niyet Mektubu (LOI) imzalanmıştır. Niyet Mektubu kapsamında öngörülen toplam iş hacmi yaklaşık 48.045.195,00 ABD Doları (KırkSekizMilyonKırkBeşBinYüzDoksanBeşABDDoları) olup, sevkiyatın 4 Aralık 2026 tarihinden önce tamamlanması planlanlanmaktadır.

Nihai sözleşmenin imzalanması ve sürece ilişkin önemli gelişmeler kamuoyu ile ayrıca paylaşılacaktır.

Our Company's U.S.-based subsidiary, CW Energy USA, Inc., has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a customer based in the United States regarding the sale of photovoltaic solar panels.

The total business volume contemplated under the Letter of Intent is approximately USD 48,045,195.00 (Forty-Eight Million Forty-Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Five U.S. Dollars), and the shipment is planned to be completed by December 4, 2026.

The signing of the definitive agreement and any material developments regarding the process will be separately disclosed to the public.
