Şirketimizin sürdürülebilir büyüme ilkeleri çerçevesinde Şirketimiz ile Uber B.V. arasında Karşılıklı Mutabakat Metni (MOU - Memorandum of Understanding) imzalanmıştır. Mutabakat metni kapsamında taraflar; Türkiye'de elektrikli araç ekosistemine katkı sağlamak ve özellikle taksi tarafında taksi ekosisteminin modernizasyonunu hızlandırmak ve elektrikli araç dönüşümünü sağlamak amacıyla stratejik bir iş birliği yapmayı öngörmektedir.

Şirketimizin yeşil ulaşım ve sürdürülebilir gelecek anlayışı doğrultusunda, Uber'in küresel teknoloji altyapısı ile Şirketimizin ve BinBin'in yerel operasyonel uzmanlığı bir araya getirilerek yeşil ulaşımda işletim giderlerinin azaltılması, elektrikli araçlara geçişin kolaylaştırılması ve sürücülerin uzun vadeli potansiyelinin desteklenmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

Bu stratejik adımın, Şirketimizin yeşil ulaşım vizyonunu da güçlendirerek karbon emisyonlarının azaltılmasına ve daha temiz şehirler temasına katkı sunması beklenmektedir. Konu hakkında gelişmeler oldukça ayrıca kamuoyuna gerekli duyurular yapılacaktır.

In line with our Company's sustainable growth principles, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between our Company and Uber B.V. Under the memorandum of understanding, the parties intend to establish a strategic partnership aimed at contributing to the electric vehicle ecosystem in Turkey, accelerating the modernization of the taxi ecosystem—specifically within the taxi sector—and facilitating the transition to electric vehicles.

In line with our Company's commitment to green transportation and a sustainable future, the initiative seeks to combine Uber's global technology infrastructure with the local operational expertise of our Company and BinBin. The objectives include reducing operating costs in green transportation, facilitating the shift to electric vehicles, and supporting the long-term potential of drivers.

This strategic move is expected to reinforce our Company's green transportation vision while contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions and the creation of cleaner cities.
