27.08.2026 tarihli Özel Durum Açıklamamızda bildirildiği üzere; Şirket'imiz, Türkiye'de yerleşik zincir hastane gruplarından birine ait, İstanbul'da yapılacak olan yaklaşık 60.000 metrekare alana sahip Hastane Projesinin Mekanik, Elektrik ve İnce İşlerinin yapımı işinin anahtar teslim usulüne göre yapılmasına ilişkin ihaleye teklif vermiş olup, işveren tarafından ihalenin lehimize sonuçlandığı bildirilmişti.

İlgili proje kapsamında bugün (31.08.2026) 3,42 Milyar TL (KDV dahil) tutarında nihai sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

Projenin 14 ay içinde tamamlanması planlanmaktadır.

It was announced in our Material Event Disclosure dated 27.08.2026 that the tender bit submitted by our Company for the Mechanical, Electrical and Finishing Works of a Hospital Project with an approximate total construction area of 60,000 square meters, to be developed in Istanbul for one of the hospital groups based in Türkiye, was concluded in favour of our Company.

Within the scope of the relevant Project; the final contract with a total value of 3,42 Billion TL (including VAT) was signed today (31.08.2026).

The project is planned to be completed within 14 months.
