Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Karar Organı'nın i-SPK.52.4.an (28/08/2026 tarihli ve 52/1589 s.k.) sayılı İlke Kararı ile kabul edilen Yatırım Fonlarına İlişkin Rehber değişiklikleri kapsamında, Tera Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.'nin kurucusu ve yöneticisi olduğu fonların yeni düzenlemelere uyumuna yönelik çalışmalar ivedilikle gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Bu kapsamda;

Tera Portföy Dördüncü Hisse Senedi Serbest (TL) Fon (Hisse Senedi Yoğun Fon) – DOH, Yatırım Fonlarına İlişkin Rehber'de yapılan değişikliklerle getirilen düzenlemelere 31.08.2026 tarihi itibarıyla tam uyum sağlamıştır.

Diğer taraftan, 31.10.2026 tarihine kadar uyum sağlanması gereken hususlar bakımından TLY ve TMV fonlarında gerekli portföy uyarlamaları 31.08.2026 tarihi itibarıyla tamamlanma aşamasına getirilmiştir.

Böylelikle Şirketimiz, söz konusu düzenlemenin kamuya açıklanmasını takip eden ilk işlem gününde, DOH bakımından yeni düzenlemelere tam uyum sağlamış; TLY ve TMV bakımından ise kendilerine tanınan uyum süresinin sona ermesinden iki ay önce, 31.10.2026 tarihi itibarıyla ulaşılması öngörülen uyum seviyesini tamamlanma aşamasına getirmiştir.

Düzenlemenin yayımlanmasını takip eden ilk işlem gününde ulaşılan bu yüksek uyum seviyesi, Tera Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.'nin güçlü kurumsal ve operasyonel kapasitesinin, etkin risk ve portföy yönetimi altyapısının ve düzenleyici değişiklikleri süratle analiz ederek uygulamaya geçirme kabiliyetinin somut bir göstergesidir.

Şirketimiz, yatırımcılarının menfaatlerini ve sermaye piyasası mevzuatına uyumu esas alan yönetim anlayışı doğrultusunda, düzenleyici gelişmeleri yakından takip etmeye ve fonlarını etkin ve ihtiyatlı bir yaklaşımla yönetmeye devam edecektir.

Pursuant to the amendments to the Guidelines on Investment Funds adopted by the Capital Markets Board's Decision-Making Body under its Principle Decision No. i-SPK.52.4.an (dated 28 August 2026 and numbered 52/1589), Tera Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. has promptly undertaken the necessary actions to ensure that the funds established and managed by the Company comply with the new regulatory requirements.

Within this framework;

Tera Portföy Dördüncü Hisse Senedi Serbest (TL) Fon (Hisse Senedi Yoğun Fon) – DOH achieved full compliance, as of 31 August 2026, with the requirements introduced by the amendments to the Guidelines on Investment Funds.

With respect to TLY and TMV, for which compliance with the relevant requirements is required by 31 October 2026, the necessary portfolio adjustments had been brought to the final stage of completion as of 31 August 2026.

Accordingly, on the first trading day following the public disclosure of the relevant regulation, the Company achieved full compliance with the new requirements in respect of DOH; while, in respect of TLY and TMV, approximately two months prior to the expiry of the applicable compliance period, the necessary steps toward achieving the level of compliance envisaged as of 31 October 2026 had been brought to the final stage of completion.

The high level of compliance achieved on the first trading day following the publication of the regulation is a tangible demonstration of Tera Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.'s robust institutional and operational capabilities, effective risk and portfolio management infrastructure, and ability to swiftly assess regulatory changes and translate them into implementation.

In line with its management approach centered on safeguarding investors' interests and ensuring compliance with capital markets legislation, the Company will continue to closely monitor regulatory developments and manage its funds effectively and prudently.
