Şirketimiz ile Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde yerleşik bir firma arasında Ukrayna'ya tedarik edilmek üzere 400MVA 330kV büyüklüğüne kadar muhtelif güç seviyelerinde güç transformatörü tedariğine ilişkin olarak 31.08.2026 tarihinde toplam 97.965.000.-ABD Doları (Doksanyedimilyondokuzyüzaltmışbeşbin ABD Doları) tutarında 3 ayrı sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

Sözleşme bedelinin, Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası'nın sözleşme tarihindeki ABD Doları döviz alış kuru (48,1745 TL/USD) esas alındığında Türk Lirası karşılığı 4.719.414.893.-TL'dir.

Sözleşme bedelinin, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı sonu hasılatına oranı %7,48'dir.

Our Company has signed three separate agreements, with an aggregate value of USD 97,965,000 (Ninety-Seven Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand US Dollars), on 31 August 2026, with a company incorporated in the United States of America, for the supply of power transformers with various power ratings of up to 400 MVA and 330 kV, to be supplied to Ukraine.

The Turkish Lira equivalent of the total contract value, calculated based on the USD buying exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye of TL 48.1745/USD applicable on the contract date, amounts to TL 4,719,414,893.

The total contract value represents 7.48% of our Company's revenue as of year-end 2025.
