The Company's audited net distributable profit for the 2025 fiscal year covering the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, as reported under IFRS, amounted to TRY 5,275,520,771, while the net distributable profit for the same period as recorded in the Company's statutory books under the Tax Procedure Law (TPL) amounted to TRY 2,229,277,095.82. At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on May 8, 2026, it was resolved to allocate these amounts as extraordinary reserves. This time, at the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors held on September 2, 2026, it was resolved, as deemed necessary, to propose the distribution of a dividend of TRY 1,500,000,000 (One Billion Five Hundred Million Turkish Liras), to be financed from extraordinary reserves, and to submit the proposal for the approval of the shareholders at an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting.
