Şirketimizin 23.07.2026 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında, global rekabet gücümüzün artırılması ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'ndeki faaliyetlerimizin geliştirilmesi amacıyla, Şirketimizin hâkim ortak olacağı, üretim, satış ve pazarlama faaliyetlerinde bulunacak yeni bir şirket kurulmasına karar verildiği kamuoyuna duyurulmuştu.

Bu kapsamda yürütülen çalışmalar sonucunda, sermayesinin tamamı Şirketimize ait olmak üzere Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin Texas eyaletinde KCR Steel U.S. LLC unvanıyla yeni şirket kurulmuştur. Süreç ile ilgili diğer işlemler devam etmektedir.

KCR Steel U.S. LLC'nin ABD pazarındaki varlığımızın güçlendirilmesi, bölgedeki ticari faaliyetlerimizin geliştirilmesi, müşteri tabanımızın genişletilmesi ve müşterilerimize daha etkin hizmet sunulmasının yanı sıra, Şirketimizin üretim, satış ve pazarlama faaliyetlerinin ABD pazarında daha etkin bir şekilde yürütülmesine katkı sağlaması hedeflenmektedir.

In our Company's material event disclosure dated 23 July 2026, it was publicly announced that a decision had been made to establish a new company in the United States of America, in which our Company would be the controlling shareholder, with the aim of enhancing our global competitiveness and further developing our operations in the United States, and which would engage in production, sales and marketing activities.

Within this scope, KCR Steel U.S. LLC has been established in the State of Texas, United States of America, wholly owned by our Company. Other procedures related to the process are ongoing.

KCR Steel U.S. LLC is expected to contribute to strengthening our presence in the U.S. market, expanding our commercial activities in the region, broadening our customer base, enhancing the level of service provided to our customers, and enabling our Company's production, sales and marketing activities to be carried out more effectively in the U.S. market.
