Şirketimizin halka arzdan elde edilen fonların kullanım yerlerine ilişkin raporunda yer verilen yenilenebilir enerji yatırımları kapsamında ve üretim tesislerimizde tüketilen enerjinin bir kısmının yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarından karşılanması hedefi doğrultusunda, Tekirdağ ili Ergene ilçesinde kurulması planlanan 6,5 MW kurulu güce sahip Ergene Rüzgâr Enerji Santrali ("Ergene RES") projesine ilişkin olarak Enerji İşleri Genel Müdürlüğü (EİGM) tarafından gerçekleştirilen teknik değerlendirme olumlu sonuçlanmış ve proje hakkında olumlu Teknik Değerlendirme Raporu 4 Eylül 2026 tarihinde (bugün) yayımlanmış olup, TEİAŞ nezdindeki kesin bağlantı görüşü ve bağlantı anlaşmasına çağrı mektubu alınmasına yönelik süreçler devam etmektedir.

Within the scope of the renewable energy investments set forth in the report regarding the use of proceeds from our Company's initial public offering, and in line with our objective of meeting a portion of the energy consumption at our production facilities from renewable energy sources, the technical evaluation conducted by the General Directorate of Energy Affairs ("EİGM") regarding the Ergene Wind Power Plant ("Ergene WPP") project, planned to be established in the Ergene district of Tekirdağ with an installed capacity of 6.5 MW, has been concluded positively, and a favorable Technical Evaluation Report has been issued for the project as of September 4, 2026 (today). The process for obtaining the final grid connection opinion and the call letter from Türkiye Elektrik İletim A.Ş. ("TEİAŞ") is currently ongoing.
