oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | In order to optimize our Company's management structure, enhance operational efficiency and provide our clients with services through a more robust infrastructure, it has been resolved to close the "Akasya Liaison Office", currently operating at Akasya, Acıbadem Konutları Kent Etabı, Tower A1, Floor: 18, Apartment: 67, Üsküdar, Istanbul, and to merge it into the "Kadıköy Liaison Office", currently operating at Koşuyolu Mahallesi, Cevat Paşa Sokak N 19, Kadıköy, Istanbul. Our application submitted to the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) for the regulatory approval required in connection with the aforementioned merger and closure has been approved, and the necessary regulatory approvals have been duly obtained. Accordingly, the operations of the Akasya Liaison Office will be terminated as of September 7, 2026, and all accounts, operational processes and customer representatives will be transferred seamlessly to our Kadıköy Liaison Office. All necessary technical and administrative measures have been taken to ensure that our investors experience no loss of rights or disruption to services, and our Company will continue to provide services at the Kadıköy Liaison Office with its expanded team. Respectfully announced to our investors and the public. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
