Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 08.09.2026 tarihli toplantısında;

Şirketimizin küresel pazarlardaki etkinliğinin artırılması, uluslararası pazarlardaki büyüme hedeflerinin desteklenmesi ve yeni yatırım fırsatlarının değerlendirilmesi amacıyla, %100 bağlı ortaklığımız konumunda bulunan Amerika Birleşik Devletleri (ABD) merkezli CW Energy USA Inc. faaliyetleri kapsamında ABD'de yıllık 1 GW (Gigavat) üretim kapasitesine sahip güneş paneli üretim tesisi kurulmasına yönelik fizibilite, yatırım ve kuruluş çalışmalarının başlatılmasına karar verilmiştir.

Söz konusu yatırım kapsamında; tesis lokasyonunun belirlenmesi, yatırım teşvik ve destek mekanizmalarının değerlendirilmesi, finansman alternatiflerinin incelenmesi, teknik ve operasyonel gerekliliklerin tespiti ile gerekli izin ve kuruluş süreçlerine ilişkin çalışmalar yürütülecektir.

Yatırıma ilişkin süreçte kamuya açıklanması gereken nitelikte somut gelişmeler olması halinde, sermaye piyasası mevzuatı çerçevesinde kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi eş zamanlı olarak kamuya açıklanmış olup, açıklama metinleri arasında herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

At the meeting of the Company's Board of Directors held on September 8, 2026, it was resolved to initiate feasibility, investment and establishment studies for the construction of a solar panel manufacturing facility in the United States of America (USA) with an annual production capacity of 1 GW (Gigawatt), within the scope of the activities of our wholly owned subsidiary, CW Energy USA Inc., based in the USA, with the aim of increasing the Company's effectiveness in global markets, supporting its growth objectives in international markets, and evaluating new investment opportunities.

Within the scope of the aforementioned investment, studies will be carried out regarding the determination of the facility location, evaluation of investment incentives and support mechanisms, assessment of financing alternatives, identification of technical and operational requirements, and the necessary permitting and establishment processes.

Should there be any concrete developments in relation to the investment that are required to be disclosed to the public, such developments will be announced to the public in accordance with the applicable capital markets legislation.
