Rekabet Kurulu, iş gücü piyasasında 4054 sayılı Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'un 4'üncü maddesinin ihlal edilip edilmediğinin tespitine yönelik olarak, Şirketimizin de içinde bulunduğu otomotiv sanayi sektöründe faaliyet gösteren birçok teşebbüs nezdinde soruşturma açılmasına karar vermiştir.

Bilindiği üzere Rekabet Kurulu tarafından soruşturma açılması, soruşturmaya konu teşebbüslerin 4054 sayılı Kanun'u ihlal ettikleri, Kanun kapsamında ceza yaptırımı ile karşı karşıya kaldıkları veya kalacakları şeklinde yorumlanamaz. Konu hakkındaki önemli gelişmeler sermaye piyasası mevzuatı çerçevesinde kamuya açıklanacaktır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi eş anlı kamuya açıklanmış olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

The Competition Board has decided to initiate an investigation regarding numerous undertakings operating in the automotive industry sector, including our Company, to determine whether Article 4 of the Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition has been violated in the labor market.

As known, the initiation of an investigation by the Competition Board cannot be interpreted to mean that the undertakings subject to the investigation have violated Law No. 4054, or that they have faced or will face penal sanctions within the scope of the Law. Important developments regarding the matter will be disclosed to the public within the framework of capital markets legislation.
