Additional Explanations

Our board of directors resolved as follows, among other things:

1. Pursuant to the Communiqué on Registered Capital System numbered II-18.1 of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye ("CMB"), our current registered capital ceiling shall be increased from TRY 10,800,000 to TRY 250,000,000 (TRY two hundred fifty million) and the validity period of the registered capital ceiling shall be extended to cover the years 2026-2030.

2. All necessary applications shall be made to all relevant official institutions and organizations, including but not limited to the CMB, the Ministry of Trade and İstanbul Trade Registry Directorate, for the consummation of the amendment of our articles of association.

A Turkish version of this announcement has been disclosed simultaneously. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this announcement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
