Yönetim Kurulumuzun 11.09.2026 tarihinde almış olduğu karar ile; Şirketimizin geçmiş yıllarda elde ettiği kârlardan ayrılarak Şirket bünyesinde bulunan ve dağıtılabilir nitelikteki olağanüstü yedek akçelerden karşılanmak üzere Brüt 238.083.967,64 Türk Lirası'nın dağıtılmasını 20.10.2026 tarihinde yapılacak Olağan Üstü Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına karar vermiştir.
