oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Mr. Cenk Yenginer, who currently serves as Assistant General Manager of Category Management and Supply Chain at our Company, Mr. Enver Yelkenci, who currently serves as Assistant General Manager of Retail Sales, and Mr. Emre Kurtoğlu, who currently serves as Assistant General Manager of Digital Commerce and Marketing, will leave their positions at our Company as of September 30, 2026. As of October 1, 2026, Commercial Management will be consolidated under a single leadership structure, with the Category Management, Retail Sales, and Supply Chain teams operating under a single organization. In this regard, Mr. Mustafa Aşkım AKATA will be appointed to the newly established position of Assistant General Manager of Commercial Management (CCO). As of the same date, the Digital Commerce and Marketing function will be restructured, and Mr. Zafer Özçelik will be appointed as Assistant General Manager of Marketing (CMO). Respectfully announced to the public. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
