As announced on 10.09.2026, an application has been made to the Capital Markets Board as of the date of this disclosure to obtain its approval for the proposed amendments to our articles of association regarding the increase of the our current registered capital ceiling from TRY 10,800,000 to TRY 250,000,000 (two hundred fifty million Turkish Lira) and the extension of the validity period of the registered capital ceiling to cover the years 2026 through 2030. A Turkish version of this announcement has been disclosed simultaneously. In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this announcement, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||||||||
