oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Our Company has signed a contract with Azerbaijan's electricity grid operator, Azerenerji CJSC, for the turnkey delivery of a 250 MWh Battery Energy Storage System, including financing, under the EPC-F (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Financing) model, with a total contract value of USD 58,600,000. Combining our Company's engineering and project execution capabilities abroad with financing solutions, the project will be financed through local banks with a total repayment period of four years. Following the two systems with a combined capacity of 500 MWh, contracted in 2025 and commissioned in the second quarter of this year, this project will further strengthen Azerbaijan's regional leadership in energy storage. The project scope includes engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of the battery, Power Conversion System (PCS), Battery Management System (BMS) and Energy Management System (EMS), as well as integration with the high-voltage substation and the grid. Construction will commence promptly, and the entire system will be commissioned within one year. The batteries to be used in the project will be manufactured by our group company, REAP Battery.
