Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından yatırım fonlarının portföy yapılarına ve sermaye piyasası araçlarına ilişkin gerçekleştirilen düzenlemeler kapsamında, Şirketimiz paylarının yatırım fonları tarafından elde tutulmasına ilişkin mevcut durum hakkında kamuoyundan ve yatırımcılarımızdan gelen bilgilendirilme talebi amacıyla aşağıdaki açıklamanın yapılması gerekli görülmüştür.

Portföy yönetim şirketlerince Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda (KAP) ve Türkiye Elektronik Fon Alım Satım Platformu'nda (TEFAS) kamuya açıklanan en güncel fon portföy bilgileri kapsamında, mevcut durum itibarıyla Şirketimiz sermayesinin %3'ünü aşan oranda Ekinciler Demir ve Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. (EKDMR) payı bulunduran herhangi bir fonunun bulunmadığı görülmektedir.

Şirketimiz, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından yatırım fonlarının portföy yapılarına, risk yönetimine, sermaye piyasalarının sağlıklı ve güvenilir şekilde işlemesine yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen düzenlemeleri yakından takip etmekte olup, ilgili mevzuat kapsamında gerekli değerlendirmeleri yapmaktadır.

Kamuoyunun ve yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine saygıyla sunulur.

Considering the regulations implemented by the Capital Markets Board regarding the portfolio structures of investment funds and capital market instruments, the following statement is deemed necessary to address requests for information from the public and our investors concerning the current status of our Company's shares held by investment funds.

Based on the most recent fund portfolio information publicly disclosed by portfolio management companies via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) and the Turkish Electronic Fund Trading Platform (TEFAS), it is observed that, as of the current date, there is no fund holding shares of Ekinciler Demir ve Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. (EKDMR) in excess of 3% of our Company's capital.

Our company closely monitors the regulations issued by the Capital Markets Board regarding the portfolio structures and risk management of investment funds, as well as the sound and reliable functioning of capital markets, and conducts the necessary assessments within the scope of the relevant legislation.
