oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Mr. Fatih Akın has assumed the position of Executive Vice President, Country Sales within our Company as of September 21, 2026. In his new role, Mr. Akın will be responsible for the management of the domestic sales and marketing activities of our group companies operating in the flour, bakery products and pasta business lines, including Söke Değirmencilik. Having more than 18 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, Mr. Akın most recently served as General Manager responsible for the tea and coffee, confectionery, beverage, powdered food products, bakery and snack business units within Azersun Holding in Azerbaijan. In this role, he was responsible for the commercial and financial performance of the business units under his responsibility, as well as the management of production facilities and sales, marketing and planning teams. Prior to this position, he served as Director of Trade Marketing and Sales Operations within the same company. Throughout his career, Mr. Akın has held senior sales management positions at Mondelez International and Nestlé Türkiye. He has also held various management positions in sales, sales development and route-to-market functions within Ülker International and PepsiCo. Mr. Akın graduated from the Department of Economics (English Program) at Marmara University and completed his MBA degree at Işık University. We respectfully announce this to the public.
