oda_ExplanationTextBlock| | Dear Stakeholders, In light of recent developments in the capital markets and the regulations and decisions adopted by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye ("CMB") regarding investment funds, it has been deemed appropriate to provide information to our investors. Our Company's production, sales, export and other operational activities continue in the ordinary course of business. Investments previously disclosed to the public are also progressing as planned. We hereby inform our investors that there is no undisclosed material event or information that could reasonably be expected to explain the movements observed in the price of our Company's shares. Our Company closely monitors the decisions taken by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye with a view to ensuring the sound and reliable functioning of the capital markets, including the decision to extend the liquidation period applicable to certain investment funds from three months to six months. Should any development arise that gives rise to a public disclosure obligation for our Company, the relevant matters will be disclosed to the public in accordance with the applicable capital markets legislation. This information is hereby disclosed to the public and our investors. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. | ||||||||
